I didn't even know this was a thing.
For Mother's Day this year, my new local bakery (Bread Club in North Melbourne) did a Raspberry Eclair as a special treat and I was lucky enough to get one. I brought it home and popped it in the fridge because I had a bunch of other things to do, but managed to do this shoot after lunch (although I didn't eat it until after dinner).
I always struggle with which photos to leave out when I do a shoot like this. Some stats for you:
This shoot took from 2:41pm til 2:46pm (then I took the shot below about 10 minutes later)
I took 31 photos in total
I kept 21 of those photos
It was delicious 😋
It really was delicious - the tartness of the raspberries, the slightly sweet raspberry cream, and the biscuity eclair pastry - so, so good.
